Jaguars wide receiver Dede Westbrook is active for the team's Week 3 matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football. Westbrook had been a healthy scratch for Jacksonville's first two games. (Adam Caplan on Twitter)

Westbrook is getting an opportunity on Thursday because starting wide receiver D.J. Chark is out with an injury, but he is still behind Keelan Cole, Laviska Shenault Jr., Chris Conley, and Collin Johnson on the depth chart.
