Preston Williams find the end zone on Thursday night

Preston Williams caught 2-of-2 targets for seven yards in the Dolphins' 31-13 Week 3 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams now has just five catches through three games. There are some rumblings that he doesn't appear fully over his 2019 ACL tear, which is understandable as that's often a two-year recovery to get back to full strength. Still, Williams isn't helping fantasy managers much right now. A Week 4 date with the Seahawks offers shootout potential but it would be tough to start the talented 23-year-old.
