Miles Sanders tops 100 total yards in Week 3 tie

Eagles running back Miles Sanders rushed 18 times for 95 yards and caught four of his eight targets for 12 yards in a tie to the Bengals on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite averaging 5.3 yards per carry on Sunday, the Eagles continued to throw the ball rather than hand the ball off to Sanders. The second-year running back would have also contributed more in the passing game, but Carson Wentz missed him on multiple occasions, including a wheel route up the sideline that could have gone for big yards.
