Nick Foles announced as Bears starting QB

Chicago Bears HC Matt Nagy announced that Nick Foles is now their starting QB. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

In addition to being named the starting QB, Nagy went one step further in calling Foles the "QB going forward," and added, "this is not a week to week situation." Foles completed 16 of 29 pass attempts for 188 yards, 3 TDs, and an INT in the Bears' 30-26 win over the Falcons in Week 3, so this comes as no surprise. The Bears offense was horrendous before Foles entered the game, and his late-game heroics brought the Bears to 3-0 on the season. Foles should be considered a matchup dependent back-end QB1 and is an option for those streaming QB in 12-team formats.
