Fantasy Impact:
Hill will miss his third consecutive contest for the Ravens. Hill is fourth on the running back depth chart and may have been a healthy inactive if he was not dealing with the thigh injury. Hill is expected to have a future role in the Ravens backfield behind J.K. Dobbins, but it may take an injury or a Gus Edwards trade for him to emerge with any sort of 2020 redraft value.
