Fantasy Impact:
The Patriots now have a 21-day window to activate Harris from injured reserve. There is a bit of a logjam at the position with James White returning to the team and J.J. Taylor seeing an extended role in Week 3, so fantasy managers may be forced to continue to wait for Harris' 2020 debut.
