Brian Hoyer expected to start versus Chiefs in Week 4

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Brian Hoyer will be the Patriots' quarterback if their Week 4 game against the Chiefs is played on Tuesday. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cam Newton tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday, which has caused the NFL to postpone Patriots-Chiefs until Tuesday (assuming there are no more positive tests). Hoyer's presence is obviously a major downgrade to all New England skill players. Chiefs D/ST is certainly in play to be used if this game is played.
