Fantasy Impact:
Sims did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 4. It is unclear if the toe injury will keep him out Week 5 against the Rams. Washington will roll with Terry McLaurin and Dontrelle Inman as the team's top two wideouts for Week 4. Sims is currently week-to-week.
