Devin Singletary receives 23 touches in Week 4 win

Devin Singletary rushed 18 times for 55 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' Week 4 win over the Raiders, adding five receptions for an additional 21 yards.
Fantasy Impact:
Singletary once again operated as a bell-cow back with Zack Moss (toe) inactive. Incredibly, the sophomore running back actually received a goal-line carry. He converted it, which was the icing on the cake of his fantasy performance. Singletary needs to keep catching passes and/or receiving goal-line carries to be a consistent RB2 in fantasy, and there's a chance he has earned more opportunity once Moss returns. The Titans are on deck for Week 5, though we need to monitor Tennessee's testing results over the next couple of days.
