Mohamed Sanu released by the 49ers

The 49ers are releasing WR Mohamed Sanu, per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Sanu signed a one-year deal with the 49ers in mid-September. With the return of wide receiver Deebo Samuel, and Richie James getting healthy, the 49ers ultimately decided to move on from Sanu. The veteran WR will look to latch onto another team during the regular season. Sanu hauled in one reception for nine yards over three games for the 49ers this year.
