David Montgomery shines on TNF

David Montgomery rushed 10 times for 29 yards and a TD, bringing in seven of eight targets for 30 yards in the Bears’ 20-19 win over the Buccaneers on Thursday.
Fantasy Impact:
As expected, Montgomery found little space as a runner against Tampa Bay’s stout front line. Still, he was able to punch in a goal-line score and actually did the most damage as a receiver, compiling 10 PPR points on the evening. Monty’s role as a pass-catcher has expanded since Tarik Cohen was lost for the season, and the second-year back has a solid RB2 floor thanks to his expanded involvement in the offense.
