Deebo Samuel (illness) is questionable for Sunday's game

Deebo Samuel popped up on the injury report with an illness, and although coach Kyle Shanahan said he is "feeling great," he will need to clear protocols to be able to re-enter the 49er's building. (Nick Wagoner on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Luckily Samuel has not tested positive for COVID-19 so he has a chance to play this week. His status should be monitored prior to Sunday's kickoff against Miami. Even if he is able to play, he would land in WR4 territory.
