Girardi adds that the Chiefs thought they had a deal done with Bell on Wednesday night, but the bidding continues. It was reported earlier today that Bell was deciding between the Chiefs, Dolphins, and Bills. Wherever he lands, the fantasy value of a current running back is going to change drastically.
