Lane Johnson (ankle) ruled out for Week 6

Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson has officially been ruled out for the team's Week 6 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens in Philadelphia. Rookie lineman Jack Driscoll is expected to start at right tackle in his place. (Eagles on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

Johnson had ankle surgery during training camp and has been battling through the injury through the first quarter of the season. However, he left last week's game and will now be given at least one game off to rest the ailing ankle. With the team having a quick turnaround against the Giants on Thursday, it's likely that he misses that game, as well. With the Eagles facing a tough defensive front and now down to center Jason Kelce as the only remaining starter on the offensive line, fantasy managers will have to hope that Doug Pederson gets creative in order to get Miles Sanders involved in the passing game.
