Sterling Shepard (toe) aiming towards return in Week 7

According to New York Giants HC Joe Judge, WR Sterling Shepard is "closer" to a return. He worked with trainers Monday, and his status could be up to a pregame workout. (Jordan Raanan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Shepard's missed the past four games with a turf toe injury, and it appears that he's trending closer to returning to play as early as Week 7. He'll need to pass pregame workouts, but his return will help Daniel Jones but may cut into Darius Slayton's surge in target share. Fantasy managers should not rush to the wire to pick up Shepard until he displays the ability to get healthy and stay healthy.
