Fantasy Impact:
Samuel was inactive in Sunday's Week 6 loss to the Bears. He was limited in practice all of last week before being ruled out. Samuel will have two chances to practice to determine his status for Sunday's Week 7 contest against the Saints. If he is unable to suit up, look for Seth Roberts to handle the Panthers' WR3 role once again.
