DeSean Jackson (hamstring) active for Week 7 vs. Giants

by Mike Maher | Thu, Oct 22nd 6:55pm EDT

Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson is officially active for the team’s matchup against the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football. Jackson has missed the team’s last three games with a hamstring injury. (Eagles on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

The Eagles have been decimated by injuries on offense, which has lead to waiver-wire addition Travis Fulgham emerging as Carson Wentz’s favorite target over the last few weeks. The team was already being careful with Jackson prior to his injury, and it’s likely that he only plays roughly 50% of the team’s offensive snaps on Thursday. Fantasy managers with better options should feel comfortable leaving Jackson on the bench while we see how much Jackson can contribute on Thursday, while managers in deeper leagues will have to roll the dice and hope for at least one big play against the Giants.
