WR DeSean Jackson (ankle) is expected to be placed on injured reserve after an MRI on Friday confirmed he suffered a high ankle sprain. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

Jackson will miss the next three games and is eligible to return Week 11. The timeline for a high-ankle sprain is usually around 4-to-6 weeks. Jackson is out indefinitely and most likely will be on injured reserve past three weeks. Look for Travis Fulgham, Greg Ward and John Hightower to continue to lead the Eagles' wide receiver corps.
