D.K. Metcalf blanketed by Patrick Peterson in OT loss

by Dan Titus | Seahawks Correspondent | Mon, Oct 26th 1:58pm EDT

Seattle Seahawks WR D.K. Metcalf caught two passes for 23 yards in a 37-34 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday night.

Fantasy Impact:

Metcalf had five targets but was taken out of the game by former All-Pro CB Patrick Peterson. He had a late-game TD in overtime called back due to a holding penalty but otherwise, his main contribution to the game came when he chased down Budda Baker and made a tackle on an interception return that could have swung the game in Arizona's favor. This was by far Metcalf's lowest production this season as the Seahawks made it a point to feed Tyler Lockett all-night. He's gone over 90+ yards in five of six games this season and he'll look to get back to his WR1 ways against the San Francisco 49ers next week.
