Alshon Jeffery (calf) misses practice again Thursday

Eagles wide receiver Alshon Jeffery missed practice again on Thursday as he continues to recover from a calf injury. Jeffery's surgically-repaired foot has been cleared for practice, but he picked up a calf injury a couple of weeks ago and has yet to make his season debut in 2020. (Eagles on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact:

Jeffery has been on the active roster for the entire season but has yet to play in a game and has barely practiced. He has reportedly made great progress on his foot injury, but it is this new calf injury that is now holding him back. He is unlikely to play in Sunday's game against the Cowboys but could return in Week 10 against the Giants after the team's Week 9 bye if he avoids any setbacks. With Jeffery still out and DeSean Jackson landing on injured reserve, the Eagles' wide receivers on Sunday should be Jalen Reagor, who is expected to return from thumb surgery, Travis Fulgham, Greg Ward, John Hightower, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, and Quez Watkins.
