Coming off a bye week, Parker was limited in practice this week due to a groin injury. He will play through the groin issue and is expected to be Dolphins' rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa's top target on Sunday. Parker is currently 29th among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings.
