Cooper Rush could be Cowboys' starting QB in Week 9 vs Steelers

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports the Cowboys are considering starting Cooper Rush at quarterback for their Week 9 matchup against the Steelers. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Andy Dalton was recently placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, which rules him out for Sunday's game. Ben DiNucci started in Week 8 and predictably flopped, so Dallas might make another switch. Starting Rush would mean that Dallas has to activate him from the practice squad.
