Fantasy Impact:
This comes after Pettis lost a fumble on his first career kickoff return in Week 8. A second-round pick in 2018, Pettis reportedly struggled with with commitment and focus throughout his tenure in San Francisco. He could wind up signing onto a practice squad of another team at some point this year.
