WR Kendrick Bourne (illness) tested negative for COVID-19 on Thursday, but he'll remain out for Thursday's Week 9 contest against the Packers. (Adam Schefter on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Bourne tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday and negative Thursday. It was a false positive, but he will not play in Thursday's contest against the Packers. With Brandon Aiyuk, Deebo Samuel and Bourne all ruled out Thursday, the 49ers will rely on Trent Taylor and Richie James as it's top two wideouts.
