Bengals' RB Joe Mixon has officially been ruled out for Week 11 with a foot injury. (Ben Baby on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
HC Zac Taylor broke the news on Friday. Mixon had been trending down all week and this announcement isn't too surprising. Giovani Bernard should slot in comfortably as an RB2 against Washington and should also be a nice value play in DFS.
