Jordan Howard officially signed to Eagles' practice squad

Fantasy Impact:
Howard had some success in 10 games with the Eagles in 2019, but he isn't expected to serve as anything more than RB depth this time around. Howard appeared in five games for the Dolphins earlier this year, running 28 times for a whopping 33 yards. He isn't a recommended add for fantasy purposes.
