According to head coach Adam Gase, Jets rookie RB La’Mical Perine will “miss some time” after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 11 against the Chargers. (Andy Vasquez on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Tough break for Perine, as it was reported the Jets were going to feature their rookie running back down the stretch this season. For now, it’ll be Frank Gore shouldering the workload for New York. He should be considered a RB3 for a matchup against one of his former teams, the Miami Dolphins, in Week 12.
