Rashaad Penny (knee) could start practicing next week according to HC

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday that RB Rashaad Penny (knee) won’t practice this week but could practice next week ahead of Week 13. (Bob Condotta on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Penny hasn’t played since December 2019 after tearing his ACL in a game against the Rams. Whether or not he comes back this season remains to be seen, but Carroll is expecting him back at practice come early December, a sign he may return in some capacity this season.
