Matthew Stafford completed 28 of 42 passes for 295 yards, one TD, and an INT in the Lions’ 41-25 loss to the Texans on Thursday.
Stafford threw his 18th Thanksgiving touchdown, tying him with Tony Romo for most such touchdowns all time. That's where the positives end, as Stafford did little all game until he tossed a garbage time score to Mo Sanu with six minutes left in the game. This was a favorable spot for the Lions' QB, but he again came up small. Stafford will find himself in a much more challenging position against Chicago next week, where he won't be a recommended option.
