Fantasy Impact:
Head coach Matt Rhule was pessimistic about McCaffrey (shoulder) playing this week, and now he’s officially been ruled out. With the Panthers on Bye in Week 13, the team decided to hold McCaffrey out this week in hopes of his return two weeks from now in Week 14. Fire up Mike Davis once again as a high-end RB2.
