Fuller announced on Instagram Monday night that he has been suspended six games for violating the NFL’s policy on Performance Enhancing Substances. Fuller said “I sought treatment from a medical professional who prescribed medication that he believed to be permitted under the NFL’s drug policy. As it turns out, my trust in this professional was misplaced because this medication was not a permitted substance under the NFL policy on Performance Enhancing Substances.” Fuller will be out for the remainder of the season with five games left on the docket and is set to become a free agent after this season. Brandin Cooks, Keke Coutee, Randall Cobb, and even rookie Isaiah Coulter all stand to benefit from Fuller’s absence.
