Ravens RBs J.K. Dobbins and Mark Ingram II weren't activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list prior to Wednesday's Week 12 game against the Steelers. (John Kyrk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This means that, officially, neither RB will play today. Gus Edwards is expected to lead the team in carries with Justice Hill mixing in as well.
