Ravens RBs Mark Ingram II and J.K. Dobbins weren't activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list prior to Wednesday's Week 12 game against the Steelers. (John Kyrk on Twitter)

Of course, this means that neither RB will play today. Gus Edwards is expected to lead the team in carries with Justice Hill mixing in as well.
