According to Packers head coach Matt LaFleur, WR Allen Lazard will remain on a “pseudo snap count” in Week 14 against the Lions as the team doesn’t want to stress him following core muscle surgery. (Tom Silverstein on Twitter)
Lazard played on 69% of the snaps last week, catching 3-of-4 targets for 50 yards. Early in the season, Lazard was playing on about 90% of the snaps, so even if he plays just 70% in Week 14 that’s still considered limited when compared to his normal workload. This definitely caps his upside, but he still has a very good matchup against the Lions this weekend and should be considered a WR3 with upside.
