Fantasy Impact:
Cooks was listed as a limited participant leading up to Week 14 and was ultimately ruled out. The 27-year-old seemingly has a better chance at suiting up against the Colts this weekend following the weekend of rest. Fantasy managers should consider him on the WR2/3 borderline if Cooks is able to go for the fantasy semi-finals.
