Frank Ragnow (neck) ruled out for Week 15

Lions C Frank Ragnow has officially been ruled out for Week 15 after being diagnosed with a fractured throat. (ProFootballTalk on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ragnow injured his throat early in Week 14's loss to the Packers, but the severity of the injury wasn't revealed until the next day. There was optimism he could play Week 15, but after visiting a specialist on Friday, he was ultimately ruled out. Fantasy managers should still be rolling out D'Andre Swift as an RB2 with upside as he's set for an increased workload against a Titans D/ST that's a sieve against the run.
