Nick Mullens (elbow) turns the ball over three times, exits early in loss

Nick Mullens completed 21-of-36 passes for 219 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during the 49ers' 33-41 loss to the Cowboys in Week 15.

Fantasy Impact:

Mullens also lost a fumble on his lone rush attempt. All in all, it was an underwhelming performance against arguably the league's worst pass defense. Mullens struggled to move the ball and ended the game with three turnovers. He appeared to injure his elbow late in the game and C.J. Beathard entered the game in his place. It's worth noting that Kyle Shanahan would not commit to choosing a starter ahead of the team's Week 16 game against the Cardinals. It's unlikely Mullens has gotten you to the championship, but he won't be a recommended option if he is indeed back under center in Week 16.
