Julian Edelman (knee) not coming off IR for Monday night

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports Patriots WR Julian Edelman (knee) isn't being activated from IR for Week 16 against the Bills. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rapoport adds that Edelman is also unlikely to play in Week 17 against the Jets, which means his season is probably over. The future for the 34-year-old feels uncertain as well. Edelman has been a historically great Patriots player, but one has to wonder if we've already seen his last game playing for New England.
