Nate Sudfeld struggles in relief of Jalen Hurts in finale

Eagles quarterback Nate Sudfeld replaced Jalen Hurts in the second half of Sunday's finale and completed five of his 12 pass attempts for 32 yards and an interception while adding 12 yards rushing.
Fantasy Impact:
Sudfeld looked predictably rusty on Sunday in his first game action of the season while playing with a hodgepodge of offensive linemen and wide receivers, and he only entered the game because the Eagles had no interest in winning it.
