With Doug Pederson out as Eagles head coach, Carson Wentz’ chances of remaining in Philadelphia have significantly increased, a source told ESPN. (Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

It was clear after this season that Pederson and Wentz weren’t going to work together moving forward. With Pederson now out as head coach, that increases the likelihood that Wentz remains in Philadelphia as an Eagle in 2021 and beyond. The source told ESPN that the relationship between the team and Wentz is salvageable. This doesn’t necessarily mean Wentz is the Week 1 starter in 2021, but it leaves that as a possibility with Pederson now out of the picture.
