The Atlanta Falcons are hiring former Titans OC Arthur Smith as their next head coach. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a well deserved promotion for Smith, who bring a modern offensive philosophy to his new home. Atlanta still has plenty of talent on offense and Smith will now be tasked with unlocking it. The organization also has the No. 4 overall pick in the draft. Perhaps Smith will want to draft Matt Ryan's successor.
