Patrick Mahomes exits with concussion, finishes with 255 yards with 2 TDs
by Dan Titus | Chiefs Correspondent | Sun, Jan 17th 7:09pm EST
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 21-of-30 passes for 255 yards and two total touchdowns (one rushing) in the Chiefs' 22-17 Divisional Round victory over the Browns.
Fantasy Impact:
Mahomes exited the game in the third quarter with a concussion after taking a big hit from Browns LB Mack Wilson in the third quarter. Before leaving, Mahomes was playing great though he looked hobbled throughout with a foot injury. Mahomes will have a week to clear the concussion protocol to play against the Bills in the AFC Championship game. It's still early, so expect backup QB Chad Henne to get first-team reps during the week as Mahomes rests up.
