Fantasy Impact:
The contract came together after Haskins visited the team on Thursday. The 23-year-old was waived by the Washington Football Team earlier this season after violating the league's COVID-19 protocols. Haskins has posted a 12:14 TD:INT ratio through two years in the NFL.
