Henry Ruggs III receives tough love from Raiders GM

In a press conference on Thursday, Raiders GM Mike Mayock said "I think Henry has got to get better. We knew how fast he is, but he's got to get stronger and he's got to get in and out of his breaks better." (Jerry McDonald on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ruggs had a pretty boom-bust start to his NFL career. There remains hope that Ruggs can develop into the elite speedster that all NFL teams desire. However, he'll need to produce on a more consistent basis to become an exciting asset in fantasy football.
