Chris Godwin logs just two receptions for nine yards in Super Bowl LV win

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin caught two of four targets for nine yards in a 31-9 win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LV on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact:

Godwin was held in check throughout Super Bowl LV, although the Buccaneers found a rhythm with their running game and success with Rob Gronkowski and Antonio Brown through the air to quickly put the game out of reach on Sunday. Tampa Bay is expected to work on signing Godwin back to a new contract or utilizing the franchise tag to keep the talented receiver on the roster in 2021. Godwin went for 65/840/7 in 12 games for the Buccaneers in 2020, which will likely keep him within the second and third-round range of fantasy redraft leagues assuming he returns to Tampa Bay in 2021.
