Carr will not be departing Las Vegas, as the Raiders "have him in their plans" for the 2021 season, as reported by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. However, reserve quarterback Marcus Mariota could be on the move, leaving the Raiders in a precarious position with limited depth behind Derek Carr. Carr had a 3:1 TD/INT ratio in 2020 but did injure his groin late in the season, which the Raiders hope won't resurface as an issue later in 2021.
