Former Raiders WR Tyrell Williams has reached an agreement on a one-year, up to $6.2M deal with the Detroit Lions. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

With uncertainty surrounding both Marvin Jones Jr. and Kenny Golladay’s futures in Detroit, the Lions go out and snag one of the more talented wide receivers on the open market in Williams. He didn’t play a single snap for the Raiders in 2020 due to injury, but scored six touchdowns in 14 games for them in 2019. Williams has a 1,000-yard season under his belt from the 2016 campaign with the Chargers, so we know he’s got some talent. Solid pickup for the Lions and a nice payday for a guy who didn’t play a season ago.
