Evan Engram: Giants will 'keep featuring' tight end in 2021, per Joe Judge

New York Giants TE Evan Engram will, "keep being featured in the offense" heading into the 2021 season, as stated by Giants head coach Joe Judge on Tuesday. (Ralph Vacchiano on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Engram saw 10 targets in four separate games during the 2020 season but finished with 63 receptions for 654 yards and just one receiving touchdown. The fourth-year tight end dealt with drops frequently last season and the subpar play of quarterback Daniel Jones certainly didn't help Engram's confidence. With a fresh start and the opportunity to improve the offensive line, the Giants welcome the return of superstar running back Saquon Barkley. Barkley's presence will likely generate a spark in the offense that was lacking for most of 2020. Engram is a freak athlete and should be in line for another 100+ targets for the Giants in 2021 if we are to take Joe Judge at his word. Fantasy managers in redraft leagues can likely hold off until the eighth or ninth rounds before considering Engram a good value pick.
