Brandin Cooks agrees to contract restructure

Fantasy Impact:
In an effort to create cap space the Texans have restructured Cooks’ contract freeing up $6.5M. The veteran WR is coming off his fifth 1,000 yard season and currently projects to be the top wide receiver for the Texans with Will Fuller entering free agency. Cooks should see a lot of volume during 2021, but his success will ultimately depend on what the Texans decide to do with Deshaun Watson.
