Chris Carson reportedly in contact with the Patriots

Fantasy Impact:
Carson became an unrestricted free agent when the Seahawks elected not to use the franchise tag on him. The Patriots are on a spending spree and “seem intent on adding at least one running back,” per Lombardi. Leonard Fournette is another running back the Patriots have reportedly expressed strong interest in. Carson led the Seahawks backfield over the last four seasons, rushing for 3,270 yards and 21 touchdowns across 45 games. Carson will test the free agent market, whether he signs with the Patriots remains to be seen. Stay tuned.
